LAMCS and Farms 360 Sign MOU to Drive Digital Transformation in Agriculture
Lusaka, Zambia — June 9, 2025 – Lusaka Avocado Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (LAMCS) and Farms 360 have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to advance the digital transformation of smallholder farming through the coordinated rollout of the Farm Admin Platform — a comprehensive digital tool designed to enhance productivity, transparency, and efficiency in agriculture.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to modernize farming operations, empower cooperative members with data-driven tools, and strengthen the overall governance and profitability of agricultural cooperatives.
Under the MOU, LAMCS will champion the adoption of the Farm Admin Platform among its members. The cooperative will actively encourage digital record-keeping and the use of data to inform decisions across the value chain, helping farmers to better manage inputs, monitor crop cycles, and optimize yields.
On its part, Farms 360 will provide LAMCS members with full access to the Farm Admin Platform, along with ongoing technical support and user assistance. The company will conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure that farmers are well equipped to use the platform effectively.

The MOU sets the stage for a coordinated, cooperative-led approach to digital adoption, ensuring that farmers benefit from consistent support, shared learning, and measurable progress. It aligns with broader national and regional goals of increasing agricultural productivity, improving data use in rural economies, and fostering climate-resilient farming practices.
This strategic partnership will initially focus on LAMCS’s avocado growers, with plans to scale to other crops and livestock in the near future.
